Jim has been in Christian ministry for over 15 years. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice graduating from the Police Academy and a degree in Theology with Honors from the Master’s College. He has spoken all over the country and around the world for various organizations including Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Campus Crusade and Athletes in Action. He has authored articles and poetry and has been a worship leader writing over 350 songs for various bands. His great passions are the Word of God, his family, golf, and steak! Pankaj holds a MDiv from Fuller Seminary and a degree in Chemistry and currently works as an R&D manager at a pharmaceutical company. He was Senior Pastor of Church of India for 12 years and planted New Beginnings Church before coming to Revive. He has been married for 22 years (to the same woman!) and has 3 children. He enjoys playing Cricket, reading, watching basketball (go Lakers!), and listening to music.

Russ holds a Master of Divinity degree from Golden Gate Southern Baptist Seminary (Mill Valley), a Master of Arts degree from Missouri University (Kansas City) in Counseling Psychology, and a BA degree in Biology. He has served as Pastor of two churches and an Itentional Interim Pastor for six
churches. As an urban missionary, he was a working consultant with 300 churches in the San Francisco Bay area and 400 churches in the Los Angeles Basin, assisting local churches to resource and develop church ministries. Russ has taught as a seminary ad junct professor, directed fundraising as an administrator of a Christian college, led a Christian K-12 school system as chairman of the board of directors, and served as principal of a Christian High School. He and his wife, Ann, are proud parents of their two sons and daughter-in-law, all serving Jesus in their churches. Russ enjoys working out, reading and writing books and watching telenovelas. Russ presently co-owns and runs a residential home for adults with developmental disabilities and volunteers as a director for a regional
non-profit foundation serving persons with developmental disabilities.
